The velite division is where all new officers will start their careers;
1) Officers
will wear the [V] tag but not the [N] tag
2) Officers will spend an average of 4 months
in the velite division prior to admission in the regular army
3) The Velite divsion
will have two ranks: Aspirant and Major
4) Requirements for promotion will include
all [N] Member requirements such as:
Code of Conduct
Obedience to rank, chain of command
Voice
communication (skype, mic, etc)
Dues will not be required
5) Additional specific requirements
for internal Velite Divisional promotions will include:
Forum posting, including battle
reports.
Field activity based on activity more than success.
Participation in the Napoleonic
Campaign
Commander recommendations based on attitude and general performance
6) Officers
have to be 18 or older
